These electrolyte packets really meet all my needs. I don't realize how much my body benefits from the ingredients until I skip a day of drinking them and feel absolutely terrible. To me, the flavor is VERY strong and mixing it in only 16 ounces of water makes me sick to my stomach, honestly. I have a 64 ounce pitcher that I fill with water, then whisk in the packet (it mixes/dissolves pretty easily when whisked vigorously for several seconds). Then I just fill my water bottle up from the pitcher throughout the day. This method works really well for me and allows me to get the electrolytes in without taking it like a shot. I struggle with dysautonomia, but taking one of these packets a day really helps regulate my system so that I don't pass out. I rarely go more than a day without incorporating one of these into my routine.

I highly recommend these. They are more salty than my regular brand but these are nice to have on hand for when I get toe or leg cramps. These eliminate my cramps in minutes. It’s not something I would use everyday but is a must have if I’m dehydrated in any way, or have cramps. If I have had a hard workout or have been outside all day working or playing, these are my go to to rehydrate.

I absolutely love these electrolytes! I drank them every single day all throughout my pregnancy and early post-partum to keep myself well hydrated. The flavors are great and I love having a variety of flavor options. The watermelon is my favorite. They mix up well and the flavor is really strong, so I recommend mixing it in a 40oz cup of water instead of a standard water bottle.
