Great price!
This levels out my blood sugar levels and helps with my hormone levels before my period. It suggests taking 5 but I only take 3 a day. It’s the cheapest I’ve found thats organic.

I purchase these at my local Walmart because they were budget friendly $20-$30 compared to other brands and I heard the great benefits of these. It does say to take 5 tablets which is a total of 3500 mg a day. (This is way more than the other companies selling this kind of product) I started off with 1 a day then increased to 2. I noticed a difference in my health, and I started seeing slowly but some slimming in my waist. I gave it 4 stars because I haven’t used it long enough. I started a month a a half ago.

No upset stomach like other reviews stated. I have noticed a boost in energy since taking them for a month, I ordered more. Seems to be good quality.

Giving it 3 stars because I'm not sure I gave it enough of a shot or not. I was trying to up my vitamin game and stumbled upon these Beef Organ supplements. I found out this supplement can be beneficial for your skin because of the vitamin A content in beef organs. I called the company to ask about how much of each vitamin is actually in each serving (because I didn't want to be consuming too much vitamin A with my other supplements) and they said there are trace amounts of vitamins in the capsules... so what IS in them then? I took them for about a month and didn't experience any energy, skin, or overall benefits so I stopped taking them. I'm confused about this product and the quality.
