I was really excited and decided to test it right away when it got delivered. And it was perfect, it doesn't cut my skin, easy to set up and use right away.The only proble I have is it's hard to clean the head for facial hair, I used it for my bikini area to have a smooth look and those tiny piece of hard is a pain to clean. I'm not all that professional to dissemble the head to really clean it, or I think it should never be dissembles just for cleaning process. If there is a better way to clean the product, it would be on another level of perfection.Other than that, everything else is just great! Shave time is fast, really great power and easy to charge since there are many way to recharge the trimmer. The size is perfect for holding onto and the smoothness after use is really great if you know how to take care your skin after shaving!5 stars because they deserved it, the cleaning is just more of a my problem lol 😆.

This trimmer is very gentle, and honestly, it was better than I thought. The blades made me a little nervous that I'd cut myself, but I didn't. I was using some old trimmer that barely worked and honestly worried me that it was going to cut me. I am SO GLAD. I bought this one. It worked phenomenal. I don't use the guards, so I cannot speak to how it works with the guards on, but ir comes with 2 of those. It cuts so easily. My old trimmer struggled to trim properly. But this one makes trimming a quick and easy process. I have not cut myself and I accidentally slip sometimes but not a scratch. I tested it by rubbing it against my finger first before I used it to see if it could cut my finger, didn't even feel the blades. I have tried using the facial trimmer it comes with on my bikini line to eliminate needing to shave that with a normal razor. It does get rid of the hair but it pinches my skin along my bikini line and gives me REALLY BAD razor burn and trash. But I tried using it on my stomach to shave my dark hairs I get and it didn't punch or give me razor burn. So I am assuming it is just the different skin textures in different areas that cause this. But this trimmer is a MUST if you are looking for a new one. It seriously has made me feel so much better about shaving down there now. Definitely reccomend!
