I love the fact that I can have a book shelf but also have decoration too. Pretty easy to put up but didn't have any detail on what drill bit to use so took time to figure that out. But they are lovely up

I have a main bookshelf in the living room, and always end up with small piles of books by my bed that I'm reading, or about to. I thought this would be a cool way of displaying them, but it's much more fiddly to remove and/or arrange them than expected. It also doesn't work that well with paperbacks, which is most of my books, so yeah... Recommended because it does look cool, but more as a statement piece.

A floating shelf design that needs some work.Simple idea but getting the velcro straps to the right length to make it look tidy was frustrating, and it doesn't work with anything but books with strong hardback covers.You definitely don't want to use it with books you want to take out and read, as it's really only for decorative effect.

I've not put this up yet because I keep changing my mind about where I want it to go, but it's simple enough. Metal brackets that screw to the wall, and then the shelf slides on. The underneath of the shelf has slits for the straps which can then be used to suspend the books underneath. I'm very into music so I thought I might put some music books underneath it but they're all pretty big and I don't think the straps are going to be long enough (or strong enough) to hold the size of books I'm hoping to display, and that would also effect the hanging height of the shelf, so quite a bit of thought needs to go into this thing. Anyway, I'm still very much looking forward to using it, just as soon as I work out where it will go.

this is certainly an unusual design for a bookshelf and definitely one that will split opinions.it's made of very good quality materials and had a good finish. it looks like a very well made product.the loop system is pretty clever and works quite well. it is a little fiddly to add and remove books and it only looks right when it's filled with books unlike a regular shelf.i have no issues with the product though so my recommendation comes down to how it makes you feel when you see it, if it excites you then chances are you'll be very pleased with it.

This is a fun floating bookshelf.At over £20 at the time of writing this review, I think it's not the best value for money - I'd be looking for a discount on that. It's just a basic quality shelf with some elastic straps.The straps hold books in place fine so they look like they're hanging under a shelf. It wasn't that easy to get all my books organised in the straps in the right place, so I recommend only using this bookshelf to display books rather than for books you want to take out regularly!
