I enjoyed the taste, but it’s is salty. If you can’t handle the salty mix I would think twice. For me it does the job and felt refreshed afterwards.

I really love these Waterboy daily hydration packets in watermelon. The flavor is super clean and refreshing without being too sweet. Compared to the weekend recovery version, this one feels lighter and more functional for everyday use. It is not quite as calming or "relaxing" as the weekend blend, but that actually makes it better for staying sharp and hydrated throughout a busy workday. I like the weekend one, but it can make me sleepy (but less anxious).I use it daily and feel a noticeable difference in energy and focus, especially on days when I am not drinking enough water otherwise. Easy to mix, no weird aftertaste, and has become a staple in my routine.

Tasty? No. drinkable? Barely. Would I ever purchase another flavor? Double no, since this has been the second flavor I have tried from the company (strawberry lemonade being the first) and it has still tasted lackluster. I had hopes that blue raspberry was going to be better since I love everything blue raspberry, but weirdly, it tasted no different than the strawberry lemonade. Do yourself a favor and go with Redmond Relyte; much better taste!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This was a fun drink. I enjoyed the flavor. It replenished me quickly during the hot summer days when electrolytes need to be refueled quickly. I had this in my water bottle with ice during my travels and it kept me hydrated throughout. The headache disappeared as soon as I drank this. It is one of the cleanest electrolytes in the market. I tried this Strawberry Lemonade version of this product and overall enjoyed it. When I open the packet, the smell is immediately great. In terms of taste, the best way I can describe it is a little gritty and acidic, though it dissolves completely. I do feel hydrated while/after drinking it but the peculiar taste coupled with the high price makes this not my first or go to purchase.

I’ve tried the Waterboy Weekend and Workout varieties (which are both amazing), but I recently discovered the Daily Hydration, and I’m officially hooked. The strawberry lemonade flavor is SO delicious that I actually look forward to drinking it, and I’m so happy to have found an electrolyte made to enjoy everyday to keep me hydrated. I’ve been starting my mornings with it, and it’s been such a game changer. PLUS it’s made with all natural ingredients and has 0g of sugar, which makes me feel great knowing I’m fueling my body with something healthy.As someone who deals with stomach issues, I really appreciate that it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other drinks do.
